We act as a facilitation center that assists citizens in applying for government, banking, certificate, digital, printing and utility services (such as Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID, Income/Caste/Domicile/Birth/Death/Marriage Certificates, GST/MSME/Udyam registration, AEPS/money transfer, and printing/typing services). We are not the issuing authority for any government document — final approval, issuance and processing timelines are determined solely by the concerned government department, bank or authority.
Service charges are communicated transparently before we begin processing your request. Fees may include our facilitation charge along with any applicable government/bank fee. Charges vary by service and are payable at the time of application unless otherwise agreed.
Processing timelines depend on the respective government department, bank or authority's own systems and workload, and are beyond our direct control. We will keep you informed of the status of your application to the best of our ability.
We facilitate the submission of your application accurately and on time; however, we cannot guarantee approval, issuance, or a specific outcome, as these decisions rest entirely with the relevant government department, bank or authority.
Shiva Digital Seva Kendra shall not be liable for any loss, delay or damage arising from actions, errors, downtime or decisions of third-party government portals, banks or authorities. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the facilitation fee charged for the specific service in question.
Banking correspondent services (AEPS, money transfer, cash withdrawal) are provided in accordance with the respective bank's terms, RBI guidelines and NPCI regulations. Transaction disputes are handled as per the concerned bank's grievance redressal process, with our support in coordinating the same.
